I was really impressed when I slept for 7hrs straight without waking up!

After many years of sleep deprivation, both in falling asleep and getting back to sleep if I wake, these patches are working so well!! I've tried magnesium sprays, compounded melatonin capsules, chamomile tea, yoga, lavender etc with no success, but these patches work for me, and so quickly! I feel drowsy and relaxed within half hour of applying, and definitely feel my sleep is deeper and better quality. Though I still wake during the night, it is much easier to nod back off, thank you!!!

Using these patches gives me the multivitamins I need and bypasses my sensitive digestive system. Great idea.

I've always been a bad sleeper. I toss and turn due to back problems and wake constantly throughout the night. These patches have actually made a noticeable difference. I use them in addition to my Sleep Ezy pills and I have found it's taking less time to fall asleep and I am having a better quality sleep and waking less often. They are so easy to use and stay on all night. About to put in another order.

In addition to the magnesium and other sleep supplements I take, I’m finding that the patch has helped me get back to sleep quickly each time I wake through the night.
